Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Big Boy Enterprises makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Big Boy Enterprises arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Big Boy Enterprises harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. BC law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of BC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
